We describe trail gear using supplier specifications, measurements, and product photography, but small differences in color, finish, or packaging can occur between production runs. These variations are not considered defects.

Product images are provided to show the general design and included parts. Always review the listed dimensions, battery type, size range, and care instructions before ordering a pole set, knee sleeve, or torch.

An order is submitted when you complete the hosted checkout, but acceptance depends on payment verification and available stock. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or a payment cannot be verified.

If we cancel an order before shipment, we refund the full amount within seven days. If only part of an order is unavailable, we contact you before changing the shipment or charging for substitute items.

Prices appear in US dollars and may change without notice. The amount shown on the hosted checkout page at the time of payment is the amount that applies to your order.

Payment is completed on a hosted page operated by our payment provider, so card details are entered there rather than on this website. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Orders are usually packed within one business day, followed by a ground transit period of three to five business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier delays or severe weather.

We ship only within the United States and cannot deliver to international addresses or freight-forwarding locations. Risk passes to you when the carrier records delivery to the address supplied at checkout.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy, including the 30-day window and the requirement that gear arrive unused and complete. Contact support before sending anything so the return can be tracked correctly.

After an approved return passes inspection, we issue the refund within seven days to the original payment method. Banks may need additional time to post the credit to your account.

Check the care instructions before using trekking poles, the knee sleeve, or the rechargeable torch. Inspect locks, tips, straps, batteries, seals, and charging ports before each trip and stop using damaged gear.

Outdoor gear supports normal hiking and walking activity but is not a substitute for medical advice, rescue equipment, or professional training. Use the torch responsibly and follow all battery charging and storage instructions.

All text, product photography, page designs, and other content on this website belong to Demi Sale or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent.

To the extent allowed by law, Demi Sale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delays, or gear used outside its intended purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Our total liability for a claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply where the law requires a different result.

We may update these terms when store practices, payment processes, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update goes live.
